At the HOME screen

Click on SYSTEM DATA

15-07 : Function Keys will show up on the main display.

On the right hand side, there is a drop down list.

Select specific extension

Select specific function button you wish to program (buttons on phones start from the top left, so the top row on a DTZ-430 is buttons 1-6)

To add a internal extension number for one touch calling and status indication, select 01 in the function drop down field.

Then in the additional Data field, enter the extension number.

To add an external number for one touch calling, select 01 in the function drop down field.

Then in the additional Data field, enter a 0 then the phone number. OR

To add an external number via a speed dial location for one touch calling, select 27 in the function drop down field.

Then in the additional Data field, enter speed dial location of the phone number you wish to add.

Click APPLY up on the top right of the screen.

Click HOME.

Click LOGOUT

From the phone.

Press SPEAKER key

Dial 751

Press the Programmable Function key to be programmed.

Dial the code for the desired featured plus additional data if required (refer to the feature code list below).

Press SPEAKER key to set and exit

09 Day/Night Mode Switch Mode number (1~8)

10 Call Forward - Immediate

26 Call Pickup for Specified Group Call Pickup Group Number

27 Speed Dial -System Speed Dial Buffer Number (System)
