Login into your NEC telephone system via the web link provided by COMM SPEC.
(It may look like this: http://192.168.0.10)
At the HOME screen
Click on SYSTEM DATA
13-04 : Speed Dialing Number and Name
On the right hand side, you can select from 0-9999 ststem speed dial locations
You will only need to fill in two columns, Number and Name as per below.
Click APPLY up on the top right of the screen.
Click HOME.
Click LOGOUT
From the Administrator phone, normally the reception handset.

Dial Speed Dial Bin 000~999 |

Dial Number to store |
|
Press HOLD key to save |
|
Dial Speed Dial Name (optional, use character entry table on last page) |

Press HOLD key to save |
|
Dial next Speed Dial Bin 000~999 OR press SPEAKER to exit |
